What's changing
- Peacock Select: $7.99 to $8.99 a month
- Peacock Premium (with ads): $10.99 to $12.99 a month
- Peacock Premium Plus (ad-free): $16.99 to $19.99 a month
Four years of increases
Peacock Premium launched at $4.99 a month in 2020. It rose to $5.99 in August 2023, $7.99 in July 2024, $10.99 in July 2025, and now $12.99. That is a roughly 160% increase from launch. Premium Plus has followed the same pattern, climbing from $11.99 in 2023 to $19.99 today.
When you'll actually pay it
New sign-ups and returning subscribers are charged the new prices immediately. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next billing date on or after September 17, 2026, when the new price takes effect automatically.
Timing
NBCUniversal announced a new "Peacock Membership Awards" perks program less than 24 hours before revealing the price increase. That announcement made no mention of the coming price change.
